### Crane and curb

10-ton units go up by **crane lift** with spreader bars. We plan crane reach, rigging and any City of Toronto ROW permits on the site assessment. When the new unit goes onto an existing opening, our shop fabricates a **curb adapter**.

### Staging and economizer

Most 10-ton units use **multi-stage scroll** compressors so they can run at part capacity on mild days, which improves comfort and humidity control. An **economizer** adds free cooling in spring and fall and is required by code on many sizes.
