Lennox rooftop units are among the most common commercial RTUs on GTA roofs, from small retail plazas to industrial parks near Pearson. The calls we see most often are Lennox LCG compressor failures, Lennox Landmark economizer faults and Lennox Energence controls alarms, plus the usual capacitors, contactors and fan motors on any unit that has been running for a decade.
The first step on any Lennox unit is reading the Prodigy controller. It stores fault history, sensor values and settings, which tells us whether a no-cool call is a refrigerant problem, an airflow problem or a control fault before anyone opens the compressor compartment.
