The 404 southbound in the morning and northbound in the evening is the slow leg, so scheduled maintenance is booked mid-day.
Most office parks along the 404 have surface lots or loading areas suited to crane access, and lifts on private property rarely need a road permit. Multi-tenant buildings need tenant notice for shutdowns, and server-room tenants need a backup cooling plan before any RTU serving them is taken offline. We write that plan into the quote.

Server rooms need cooling in January too, so economizer controls and low-ambient kits matter more here than in a typical retail plaza. We check low-ambient operation and economizer changeover in fall. In summer, heat waves push multi-tenant commercial rooftop units to full load for days at a time, and that is when weak capacitors and dirty coils fail. Spring and fall quarterly visits cover both.
